Martin Meador: Vice President, Human Resources
Martin joined IMPACT Group in spring 2008 bringing more than 20 years of HR experience to IMPACT Group. In his role as Vice President, Martin is responsible for creating all HR operational functions and strategic direction for the company.
Prior to joining IMPACT Group, Martin was Vice President, Human Resources at Airport Terminal Services (ATS), the largest privately held ground handling company in North America. While at ATS, Martin was responsible for all human resources strategy and functions including: recruitment at all levels, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, and human resources policies and procedures. Martin was responsible for overseeing the human resources function/responsibilities at more than 38 sites across the U.S. and Canada.
Martin attended Illinois State University’s graduate program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has his bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in human resources, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
