Brook Goskowski, GMS: Vice President, Client Services
In 2006, Brook joined IMPACT Group, as a Senior Account Executive, she was promoted to Manager of Account Management Services in 2008, and Director, Account Management Services in 2009.
Prior to IMPACT Group, Brook served in several leadership positions. Most recently, as VP of Account Management for APS Healthcare, Inc. and Magellan Behavioral Health where she focused on improving account management services on a national level.
Her background is in the behavioral healthcare industry, where she began her career as a nurse and progressed to higher-level management roles. Her strengths include client management, project management, leadership and operational troubleshooting skills.
Brook offers more than 25 years of experience in account management, employer services, quality improvement, clinical operations, customer service and strategic planning. She is passionate about building and managing relationships both within her department and with her clients. Brook holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Western Connecticut State University.
